A few weeks ago, I was on East 34th Street,
visiting a friend who happened to be in New York City for a day or two, when my
eye was drawn across the street to this mural. I don’t know what this striking artwork in the Murray Hill neighborhood depicts,
but it dominated the courtyard next to the Armenian Evangelical Church of New York, so presumably it has
something to do with that site.
