As I was walking on the southern perimeter of New
York’s Central Park on Saturday,
along 59th Street, I was much taken by this particular image of a V
formed by walking paths surrounding some greenery.
All around me, everything appeared in muted brown
tones. But it was a sign of how eager everyone was to grasp flickering signs of
spring that they turned out in force to ride bicycles or simply to walk around.
