Quote of the Day (Clint Eastwood, With Cranky But Endearing Rules for Living)
“Never put anything in writing. If you’re going to
do dumb statements, just say sorry for it and walk on. Don’t do real
pussy—excuse my language—apologies, where you go like you never meant to do it.
You meant to do it! Take your lumps and walk away.” —Clint Eastwood quoted in “Party
Lines,” New York Magazine, Jan.

I'm a librarian (no, NOT a "cybrarian" or "information scientist" or any of the other trendy terms the profession has come up with), as well as a freelance writer/researcher; my political leanings are contrarian, much to the dismay of friends on the left and right, and so I will give anyone looking for my vote exactly what they deserve -- the back of my hand
