I came upon this flower, like so many of the good
things in life, quite unexpectedly, amid a small bank of similar flora behind a
bank in my hometown of Englewood NJ. I didn’t have a camera on me right then to
record the site, but vowed to return as soon as I did. Today, I made good on
that pledge to myself, with this result.
