Several months ago, from a New York Times article, I became aware of the existence of Brooklyn Bridge Park, an 85‐acre sustainable
waterfront park stretching 1.3 miles along Brooklyn’s East River shoreline. At
the tail end of a recent Friday off, I made it down to this lovely park. As you
can see from this photo I took, the sun shone down gloriously, and pedestrians
in droves took advantage of the weather on this early autumn day.
