Photo of the Day: Golden Girl Holly

I took this photograph on Sunday, when I was visiting the Davies Arboretum and Wildlife Preserve in Demarest, NJ.  (See my image from yesterday.) This is part of the site’s Hansen Holly Grove, a 1999 collection of unusual hardy hollies.

Photo of the Day: Davies Arboretum and Wildlife Preserve, Demarest NJ

Davies Arboretum and Wildlife Preserve was begun in 1977 on land purchased with Green Acres funds. Included on the site are the low-maintenance flowering trees, shrubs, and other plantings.
