New Yorkers know just how lucky there are that, till
now—fingers crossed!—they haven’t had to cope with serious snow. They’ve even
managed to take advantage of the brief breaks when the temperatures have
climbed. One of those days was this past Saturday afternoon, when I took this other picture of the pedestrian walkway by West Street, at the western end of Christopher Street. The image you’re seeing now comes from the same brief photo session.
