Photo of the Day: Clinging for Dear Life

The plant life wrapping itself around the column in the accompanying photo is a Chinese wisteria, taken in the back of the 19^th century mansion at the Van Vleck House and Gardens in Montclair, N.J. , which I visited a week and a half ago.
