“What is a pilgrimage? Isn't it a group of people,
in the company of one another, who are travelling together for a holy purpose?
Our journey is a pilgrimage that has Jesus Christ as both its origin and its
destination.”— Archbishop Raymond Hunthausen, farewell sermons to the Archdiocese of Seattle, Aug. 10-11, 1991
