Quote of the Day (Thomas Henry Huxley, on What We Should Learn)

“Try to learn something about everything and everything about something."—British biologist Thomas Henry Huxley (1825-1895), inscribed on his memorial at Ealing, quoted in Nature, Vol. XLVI (October 30, 1902), p. 658.

Come to think of it, that’s not a bad description of what I’ve come to do while researching the more than 3,900 posts I’ve written since the start of this blog.
